Connecting the Phone to the LAN/PC
To connect the phone to the local LAN:

Fabricate a cable for connection to the LAN as described in
that the length of the straight-through cable between the switch and the station
does not exceed 100 meters, including all patch cables and cross connect
wires.

Connect one end of the LAN cord to the RJ-45 LAN wall outlet.

Connect the free end of the LAN cord to the RJ-45 LAN jack at the bottom of
the phone.

If you are using power type C, connect the AC power adapter (not included
with the phone) as described on
An AC power adapter supplying 5VDC...2A maximum is required. It is not supplied with
the phone and must be ordered from the manufacturer only.
The use of any other power adapter will void the warranty.
To connect the phone to the PC:
1
Fabricate a cable for connection to a PC as described in
end of the PC cord (not supplied) to the RJ-45 connector PC.
2
Connect the free end of the PC cord to the PC jack of the phone.
