Quick start

1. Install Communication Engineering Tool (CET) for SPA-ZC 40x and
Connectivity Packages.
Download the latest Connectivity Packages on the ABB web site
(http://www.abb.com/substationautomation).
2. Activate the appropriate Connectivity Package by using Connectivity
Package Manager, see Fig. 3.-1.

3. Create a new project by selecting File > Open/Manage Project from CET
for SPA-ZC 40x.
4. Install a new IEC 61850 device (SPA-ZC 40x) by right-clicking the
project and selecting New > IEC61850.
