ATS125 Linear Stage
The ATS125 is Aerotech's smallest hard cover, side-sealed stage design. The brushless
integral motor option further reduces the overall footprint of the stage enabling its deployment
in space-constrained applications. The
ATS125 provides low cost with high
performance, providing travels up to 600 mm
and speeds up to 600 mm/s.
