TROUBLESHOOTING OF THE ENGINE AND OTHER SYSTEMS
If the machine does not perform as expected, or if trouble arises, see the following table and undertake appropriate
measures.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Countermeasure
• Check the fuel tank and the filter.
• Remove the impurities and the water.
• If necessary, replace the filter.
• Remove the water from the fuel tank.
• Check the fuel-pipe-joint-bolts and nuts for looseness.
• Purging of the fuel system as the fuel filter and the
supply pump. See Purging of the fuel system on page
105.
• Check the fuse and replace it with a same-capacity
one as required.
• Use the engine block heater (option).
• Recharge the battery.
• Check the fuel and add it if necessary.
• Clean the air-cleaner-element.
• Check the fuel and add it if necessary.
• Purge the fuel system.
• Use the prescribed fuel.
• Drain engine oil to prescribed level.
• Replace the seal of the water pump.
• Adjust or replace the V-belt.
• Replace the thermostat.
• Fill the recovery tank with the coolant to prescribed
level.
• Clean the radiator grill or fins.
• Replace coolant fluid and add anti-rust.
• Replace the radiator cap.
• Clean or replace the coolant pipes.
• Reduce the load.
• Replace the cylinder-head-gasket.
• Fill the engine with the engine oil to prescribed level.
• Readjust the fuel injection in ignition timing.
• Use the prescribed fuel.
• Add the hydraulic oil to the prescribed level.
• Replace the hose and/or the joint.
• Replace the oil filter.
• Lower the armrests.
• Sit in the operator's seat.
