MAINTENANCE
(3000 hours) will be reduced and the DPF
longevity will be shorter than expected.
1. Remove the fuel-filter-cartridge with the filter
wrench.
2. Apply a small amount of fuel on the gasket of the
replacement filter and tighten the gasket by hand.

IMPORTANT :
• After exchange of the filter, purge the fuel
system of air.

3. Changing the chain case oil

WARNING
To avoid personal injury or death:
• Raise the lift arms and install the lift arm
stopper, stop the engine and remove the key
before undertaking the oil change.
1. Remove the drain plugs to let the oil run out.
2. Screw in and tighten the drain plugs.
3. Fill with hydraulic oil through the oil filling port until
hydraulic oil overflows out of the oil check port.
Use prescribed hydraulic oil.

4. Changing the return filter

First change of the return filter is 250 service hours.

hydraulic tank and the return filter on page 99.
