Because this manual is also distributed electronically, the formatting of
code segments has been left to line-break where it needs to. This allows
you to use the text selector tool to grab the code and paste it into your
program. This means that the word-processor may occasionally insert a
dash on the text as it appears on the screen that is not there when you
copy the text. If you are manually typing the lines, you have to watch for
and remove those dashes.
