8. Operation
8.4 The Central Module
The Central Module provides access to parameter control, layer switching, global options and monitoring
controls for the loudspeakers and headphones.
1 PFL/Cue, Talkback Level, Guest & Studio Monitoring
If no functions keys (3) are pressed, then these controls perform monitoring and talkback functions:

PFL/Cue:
o Turn to adjust the level of the PFL / Cue bus.
o Press CLR to cancel any active PFL / CUE selections.

TB - turn to adjust the level of the talkback source.
·
Guest & Studio:
o Turn to adjust the level of the monitor output.
o Use the first three keys to select the monitor source: PGM 1, PGM 2 or SOFT.
o Press TB to talk to the monitor output.
The monitoring and talkback functions are described in more detail later.
When a function key (3) is pressed, the controls update to provide DSP parameter control or system options.
