The Advanced Page
The Advanced page (on DisplayDock) provides access to the local matrix and global options.
To open the page, click on the Lawo logo at the top right of the DOCK - the Advanced page appears in full-
screen view:
The local matrix is described in the
AMBIENT SENSOR
Use this option to turn the ambient light detectors on the
enabled, the detector automatically adjusts the brightness of the buttons and displays on the control surface
according to the ambient light level.
DELETE SNAP
Use this button to delete a DisplayDock snapshot. Snapshots are described in more detail later.
CLOCKING
The "CLOCKING" area shows the active sync source and sample rate.
The "SYNC" fields are indicators only; you cannot change the sync source from the GUI: red = active; blue =
available. In our example, the active sync source is INTERNAL.
The 48kHz and 44.1kHz buttons indicate the sample rate of the internal clock generator: red = active. The
sample rate can be changed when all faders are closed (off-air) and UNLOCK (on the Central Module) is
pressed. In this instance, the button colors update to red = active and blue = inactive but available. Select the
inactive (blue) option to make the change. Once a fader is opened, the blue state cancels showing that it is no
longer possible to change the sample rate. After a cold start, the internal generator will reset to the default value
stored in the configuration (48kHz).
