Bit Rate

To set-up the bit-sync bit-rate, the "Bit Rate" parameter needs to be selected in the Main Menu. It
opens a prompt window, with the current Bit Rate parameter.
The required bit rate can be defined with the numerical keys, and acknowledged with the Enter
key. In case of error, use the "" to Cancel.
It has to be noticed that it is the Useful bit rate. The Full bit rate is automatically set-up according
to other parameters that may add up to the Useful data rate (like LDPC which adds redundancy).
