The Sync Word mask is configured the same way as
the Sync Word.
The use of the Sync Mask is to "neutralize" each bit in
the sync word. For example, a "0x000000FF" mask will
have the Frame Sync to find the first MSB 24 bits of
the Sync Word, without taking into account the last 8
bits
This parameter is used to set-up the exact number of
bits to be used in the Sync Word.
