Payload size of the DQE packet can be adjusted between 1024 bits and 16384 bits (it should be multiple of 32
bits).
Currently, enabling DQE will affect all bit-synchronizers outputs. A future evolution will allow to select DQE or
standard PCM output for each bit-synchronizer.
Currently, Data polarity affects all bits in the outputs. A future evolution will allow to invert only the payload of the
DQE.
