1.1. Problem
Manually moving the lift does not work.
1.2. Solution
→ Make sure there is no obstacle detected by the laser sensor in close proximity (protection fields are not
violated).
→ Make sure the ActiveShuttle is not in a Charging Station.
→ Restart the ActiveShuttle.

1.1. Problem
The ActiveShuttle is charging and does not accept new Jobs.
1.2. Solution
→ Wait until the battery has reached the battery capacity threshold (otherwise the Job will not be assigned to
the robot).
→ If the robot refuses to accept a Job, pull the ActiveShuttle out of the Charging Station manually.
→ Restart the ActiveShuttle.

1.1. Problem
The ActiveShuttle waits in free space and does not move on.
1.2. Solution
Notice
The robot has trouble reserving the Node. Not all Nodes are visible in the user interface. Additional
hidden Nodes are added for speed zones or on long edges (intermediate Nodes).
Node reservation problems can be due to:
• Connection problems to AMS.
→ Check that the area has sufficient Wi-Fi coverage or redesign the navigation map.
• Waypoint is blocked by some other ActiveShuttle which is nearby.
→ Wait until other ActiveShuttles move on or start charging/parking.
• Waypoint is blocked by some other ActiveShuttle which is not able to move.
→ Either plug in the hand controller or turn the ActiveShuttle off (when the ActiveShuttle goes offline it
releases any Waypoints it was reserving).
