ActiveShuttles are blocking each other (deadlock)
1.2. Solution
→ Use the hand controller to move one of the ActiveShuttles.
The other ActiveShuttle moves on.

9.5.7 ActiveShuttle seems to avoid invisible obstacles

Problem
The ActiveShuttle seems to drive around "invisible obstacles". It sporadically stops or shows the message
"obstacle in the way" even though there is no obstacle.
Solution
Risk of injury due to laser scanner
The laser beams of the laser scanner can harm the eyes.
→ Turn off the ActiveShuttle.
→ Remove the battery of the ActiveShuttle.
Visually check the laser scanner.
→ Check if there is an error code on the laser scanner
→ Check if there are scratches, marks or dirt on the lens of the laser scanner.
→ Check if a cable is in the field of the laser scanner.
In general clean the laser scanner regularly (manufatcurer's manual) :
The OS32C will require periodic cleaning of the scan window and dust detection surface on the
base of
the window. The interval of the cleanings will depend on the environment in which the OS32C is
used.
It is recommended that the window be cleaned using a common glass/plastic cleaner. The window
should be sprayed and wiped down with a soft cloth to prevent damage to the surface.
Visually check the ActiveShuttle
→ Check the housing of the laser scanner for possible marks of an accident.
→ Check if there is missaligning of the laser scanner holder.
→ Check the housing of the ActiveShuttle for marks of an accident
Note down the time and serial number of the vehicle, if the failure occurs
Notice
The sealing wax must be unbroken. The laser scanner must be roughly flush with the sheet metal.
