6 Logistic commissioning
6.1 Scope of delivery
Suspended loads may fall
Falling objects can result in severe injury (or even death).
•
Only use the lift aid included in the scope of delivery to lift the ActiveShuttle.
•
Before lifting, check the correct seat of the lift aid.
•
Use only slings with sufficiently high loading capacities (for product weight,
•
see delivery documents).
•
Make sure the lifting gear is correctly fastened before lifting the product!
•
Secure the product against tipping over when lifting!
•
Make sure that no one but the operator is in the danger zone during lifting and
lowering!
Risk of injury due to the heavy weight of the Charging Station!
•
Lifting the Charging Station out of the box should be done by at least 2 persons.
The scope of delivery includes the following, depending on the customer order:
•
ActiveShuttle 1.0 Transport vehicle incl. square spanner and mounted lifting aid (ready for use)
•
Hand controller 1.0 (ready for connection)
•
Charging Station ActiveShuttle 1.0 (ready for connection)
•
Lithium-ion battery (ready for use)
•
Cabinet key
•
Operating instructions "ActiveShuttle 1.0 Transport vehicle"
The ActiveShuttle and Charging Station are shipped in separate boxes. The ActiveShuttle is equipped with a
lifting aid.
Notice
The ActiveShuttle cannot be moved with the hand controller without connecting the ActiveShuttle to
the AMS, which will be described in the section below.
→ Use appropriate an lifting device to lift the ActiveShuttle out of the box.
→ Check if the equipment listed above is included in the box.
→ Lift the Charging Station out of the second cardboard box; with two people.
→ Check whether the included power cable fits to the on-site power supply system.
→ Keep the original packaging for further usage.
