1.1. Problem
The ActiveShuttle stops in a supermarket and flashes red.
1.2. Solution
Notice
F the dolly being carried by the ActiveShuttle is too heavy, this may cause the motor of the ActiveShuttle
to exceed its current limit and the ActiveShuttle stops.
→ Check if any small objects are blocking the way in the track (e.g. screws in the track, stoppers, tilted dolly
wheels).
Notice
A shorter track is recommended.

9.5.9 ActiveShuttle stops when moving with a dolly and flashes red

1.1. Problem
The ActiveShuttle stops while moving with a dolly and starts flashing red.
1.2. Solution
The dolly detection sensor may have lost the dolly during transportation. This can especially be the case with
light dollies.
→ Make sure the dolly is always put properly in place on the lift. The dolly must not shake, move or be
removed manually.
→ Put the dolly in the correct position.
→ Press the "activation key".
The ActiveShuttle moves.

9.5.10 AMS does not behave correctly after an update

1.1. Problem
The AMS does not behave correctly after an update to a new version.
1.2. Solution
Notice
 Requires administrator rights
1.
Shut down all ActiveShuttles.
2.
Shut down the AMS.
3.
Delete databases of the VMS.
4.
Check with service level 2 and 3 if there are any new required Docker stack settings (e.g. changed
port range, missing environment variable).
