Operation When an IO-Link Device Is Disconnected

The operation that occurs when an IO-Link device is disconnected from a port is the same as when an
I/O cable is not connected or broken. An IO-Link communications error will occur.
IO-Link devices operate as described in the following table when an IO-Link communications error oc-
curs.

sponse performance of cyclic communications.
