Camera event function

This function can be used to notify the recording function of a camera event such as motion detection received from a network
camera set as a connection target as a trigger. This trigger can be used as a file saving trigger for the recording function.
The target is a network camera for which the video data receiving target setting is enabled in the recording setting.
The following shows the flow from when a camera event is detected by a network camera to when a file saving trigger is

(1) A network camera detects a camera event and sends it to a camera recorder module.
(2) The camera recorder module receives and analyzes it.
When the condition is met, a file saving trigger is satisfied.
For details on the camera event reception, refer to the following:

Note that whether a trigger is satisfied by camera event reception is determined for each unit of END processing in sequence
scans of a CPU module while the recording function is running.
If a recording file is saved by camera event reception, an execution of saving by camera event detection
(event code: 26030) is output to the event history.
There is a time lag between when an event is detected by a network camera and when a file saving trigger is
satisfied. For the event detection time
