Possible Cause
The air inlet pressure is lower than the
specified level.
This alarm will not be enabled if the
oxygen concentration is set to 100%.
Exhalation flow sensor failure
Exhalation flow sensor module
function is impaired.
Exhalation flow sensor zero offset
calibration has been failed.
The exhalation flow sensor is not in
place properly.
O2 sensor failure
Inhalation time is more than
exhalation time.
The gas output temperature of the
device has exceeded the allowed
temperature ranges.
This is the allowed temperature ranges
are: 42, 44 and 45, which activate the
alarm from the lowest priority to the
highest priority, respectively.
Internal battery voltage is too low.
Corrective Action
- Check the air source.
- If the alarm persists, contact the
Customer Service department.
- Ensure that exhalation flow
sensor is connected securely.
- Replace exhalation flow sensor
and calibrate new sensor before
use.
- If the alarm persists, contact the
Customer Service department.
- Ensure that exhalation flow
sensor is connected securely.
- Replace exhalation flow sensor
and calibrate new sensor before
use.
- If the alarm persists, contact the
Customer Service department.
- Ensure that exhalation flow
sensor is connected securely.
- Replace exhalation flow sensor

- If the alarm persists, contact the

connected to the system securely.
- Replace O2 sensor and calibrate
new sensor before use.
- If the alarm persists, contact

- Check the device settings.
- Ensure that the temperature of
delivered air or oxygen is not too
high.
- If the alarm persists, contact the
Customer Service department.
- Plug in the device to charge the
battery.
- If the alarm persists, contact the
Customer Service department.
