MAXIMUM AMBIENT TEMPERATURE RATING OF
FLEXIBLE HOSES
Generally, the maximum ambient temperature rating of Victaulic
225°F/107°C.
Exceptions are the following:
• 150° F/ 66° C (UL) with AH2-300 and AH2-CC-300 hose models.
• 150° F/66° C (UL/FM) when the AH2 or AH2-CC Flexible Hose is used for the seal of
the Style AB6 Bracket Assembly.
NOTE: When using the optional silicone seal, the AB6 bracket paired with either the AH2
or AH2-CC Flexible Hose will have a maximum ambient temperature of 225° F/107° C.
Additionally, the optional silicone seal cannot be used with panel configurations that have
corrugation heights greater than 1/8 inch/3.2 mm.

The following table is used when the ambient temperature is maintained between
40° F/4° C and 60°F/16°C around the wet piping system.
