Removing the starter drive

Remove cylinder head gasket

Push the cylinder upward.

Only push the cylinder as far up as necessary to take the piston pin out.

Remove the piston pin retainer
-
Remove the piston pin.
-
Take off the cylinder and piston.
-
Push the piston upward out of the cylinder.

If no further work is to be performed on the cylinder and piston, the piston
can remain in the cylinder.

Take off cylinder base gasket

Remove screw
-
Insert special tool @ into the crankshaft.

Protection cap (75029090000)
CD
Attach special tool to the rotor. Hold it tight using the special tool and pull off
the rotor by turning the screw in.

Extractor (58012009000)

Ensure that the woodruff key remains in place.
