Position the valve cover with the gasket.

Mount and tighten screws

Tilt the motorcycle to one side and fill the oil filter housing to about ½ full with
engine oil.

Insert oil filter into the oil filter housing.

Oil the O-ring of the oil filter cover.

Mount oil filter cover@.

Mount and tighten screws
