Specify a name for the laser marking system

Specify a descriptive name for the connected laser marking system that makes it easier to
identify your product.
In online mode, the name of the laser marking system is displayed in the title bar at the top
of Laser Marker NAVI smart. The name is also displayed on the "Startup" screen, when you
select a laser marking system to establish an online connection.
When you edit a backup file in offline mode, the name of the laser marking system saved in
the backup file is displayed.
1. Establish an online connection between your PC and the laser marking system.
2. Go to the "System settings" screen and select "Operation/information".
3. Select "Change" next to "Laser marker name" in the "Naming of laser marker" category.
4. In the dialog, enter a name for the connected laser marking system (max. 128
characters).
5. Select "OK".
The name of the connected laser marking system is displayed under "Laser marker
name".
The new settings will be updated in the laser marking system.

This option specifies that the first week of the year is the week with the year's first
Thursday in it. It may happen that the first week of the year contains a few last days
of the previous year, or that the last week of the previous year contains January 1.
For example, if January 1 is a Sunday and "Monday" is set for "Update day", the first
week of the year starts on January 2 (Monday) and ends on January 8 (Sunday).
January 1 is in the last week of the previous year.
