Item
Sets the number of lines and frequency of the system, recording format, and audio quantization bit rate. When the num-
ber of lines and frequency are selected, only the items that can be set with that frequency are displayed. When the fre-
quency is changed, the unit needs to be restarted. A dialog appears when a restart is required.
1080-59.94P: Selects 1080p for the number of lines and 59.94 Hz for the system frequency.
1080-50P: Selects 1080p for the number of lines and 50 Hz for the system frequency.
LINE&FREQ
1080-59.94i: Selects 1080i for the number of lines and 59.94 Hz for the system frequency.
1080-50i: Selects 1080i for the number of lines and 50 Hz for the system frequency.
720-59.94P: Selects 720p for the number of lines and 59.94 Hz for the system frequency.
720-50P: Selects 720p for the number of lines and 50 Hz for the system frequency.
480-59.94i: Selects 480i for the number of lines and 59.94 Hz for the system frequency.
576-50i: Selects 576i for the number of lines and 50 Hz for the system frequency.

REC FORMAT
DVCPRO HD/: Selects DVCPRO HD (100 Mbps).
DVCPRO50/: Selects DVCPRO50 (50 Mbps).
DVCPRO/: Selects DVCPRO (25 Mbps).
DV/: Selects DV (25 Mbps).
Note:
The frame rate of the recording will be displayed for "" of each setting value. However, 59.94 will be displayed as
"60."
Selects the quantization bit rate for audio recording in the AVC-Intra 100 or AVC-Intra 50 recording format.
16BIT: Sets the audio recording bit rate to 16 bit.
24BIT: Sets the audio recording bit rate to 24 bit.

Note:
The audio recording bit rate is 24 bit when the recording format is AVC-Intra200, AVC-LongG50, or AVC-LongG25,
and 16 bit when the recording format is AVC-LongG12, DVCPRO HD, DVCPRO50, DVCPRO, or DV, regardless of the
setting of this item.

Adjusts the phase of audio output in relation to the video output (in 20.8 µs steps).

AV PHASE
-: Advances the phase of audio output in relation to the video output.
+: Delays the phase of audio output in relation to the video output.
Sets whether location data will be acquired from external devices that are connected via net-
work to this unit.
GPS
When location data cannot be acquired, it will not be recorded in the metadata.
EXTERNAL: Acquires location data.
OFF: Does not acquire location data.
