E687 Cause:
• The width or height of the graphic exceeds 999.999mm.
• The graphic parameters are not set because "Adjustment of size
and filling" in the graphic object settings is set to "OFF" and "Graphic
presets" for the selected DXF file is set to "OFF (recommended)".
Remedy:
• Reduce the graphic size.
• If "Graphic presets" is set to "OFF (recommended)", set "ON" for
"Adjustment of size and filling" in the graphic object settings and
specify the graphic parameters.
E699 Cause:
Some settings are incorrect.
Remedy:
• Save the file again in the laser marking system, overwriting the
corresponding file number.
• If the problem persists, save a backup file and contact our sales
offices or representatives.
E710–E711 Cause:
The head fan stopped.
Remedy:
• Clean the fan. For details, refer to the "Setup and Maintenance
Guide".
• Check the connection of the fan.
• Replace the fan.
• LP-RC: Make sure the side covers of the laser head are properly
installed.
Applies to LP-GS, LP-RC only.
E715
Cause:
The temperature of the laser oscillator is increasing.
Remedy:
• Make sure the operating temperature of the laser marking system
does not exceed the permissible range.
• Make sure the fan operates properly.
• Clean the air intake and exhaust port, the air filter and fan located at
the air cooling area of the laser head and controller.
Applies to LP-RC only.
