27 Troubleshooting
E682 Cause:
The following functions are not available with on-the-fly marking:
"File settings" > "Image checking before marking", "Image checking
after marking"
"Object group" > "Overwriting interval [s]"
2D code: "Object settings" > "Module marking order" > "Skip one",
"Skip two"
For marking at regular intervals and multiple trigger mode, the following
functions are also not available:
"Functional characters" > "External control" > "Registered characters
(via I/O connector)"
"Functional characters" > "External control" > "Characters specified
by SIN command"
"Function settings" > "External offset" (Marking offset via I/O signal or
by SEO command)
"Function settings" > "Counter" > "Reset at date change"
Remedy:
• To perform on-the-fly marking, delete these functions from the
marking data.
• Some functions are available with on-the-fly marking in single trigger
mode.
Applies to LP-RC, LP-RF, LP-RV only.
E686 Cause:
The following functions are not available when "Seamless loop" is
selected in the laser settings:
Multiple objects
Objects consisting of unclosed lines
Point radiation
"Step & repeat" function
Remedy:
• Deactivate "Seamless loop" in the laser settings.
• If you want to radiate the laser continuously without break, create a
closed line by setting the start and end points to the same position.
