Cause:
The date and time of the system clock may not be correct.
The battery of the system clock in the controller is exhausted.
An error occurred in the system clock.
Remedy:
Check the system clock and set it in the "System settings" screen.
Replace the battery. For details, refer to the "Setup and Maintenance
Guide".
Before replacing the battery, you can reset this error to set the system
clock every time after starting the laser marking system.
E460
Cause:
The laser oscillator stopped because the permissible temperature was
exceeded
Remedy:
Make sure the operating temperature of the laser marking system
does not exceed the permissible range.
Make sure the fan operates properly.
Clean the air intake and exhaust port, the air filter and fan located at
the air cooling area of the laser head and controller.
If the problem persists, contact our sales offices or representatives.
Applies to LP-GS only.
E500
Cause:
The marking trigger signal was entered while laser pumping was off.
Remedy:
Start the marking process after laser pumping has completed.
Check the operation logic of laser pumping and trigger input.
Check the connection of the external devices to the I/O terminals or
the communication port.
Make sure the switch or the sensor connected to TRIGGER IN (X5)
of the TERMINAL connector operates without chattering.
