12.4

Add or delete shapes in an existing shape object

You can set several lines, circles or arcs in one shape object. A maximum of 32 shapes can
be set for one shape object.
If a shape object consists of two or more shapes, you can correct the position and laser
settings for all shapes at once.

To add or delete shapes (line, circle or arc) in the existing shape object, select the object
in the object list or in the marking image editor.
The parameters are displayed in the category below the object list.
In the lower part of the "Object settings" tab, a numbered list is displayed. Each row
represents one shape of the shape object.

To add, duplicate or delete a shape, do any of the following:

Position or rotate a shape object
Set the coordinates to change the position of a shape object. Specify a rotation angle to
rotate a shape object.
The position and rotation settings are applied to all shapes set in the selected shape object.
To edit the parameters of the shape object, select the object in the object list or in the
marking image editor.
The parameters are displayed in the category below the object list.
Specify values for "X-offset [mm]" and "Y-offset [mm]" to change the position of all shapes
of a shape object.
Alternatively, you can move the object in the marking image editor. Click near the frame of
the shape object and drag it to a new location.
To move only one shape, click on it and drag it to a new location.

To add a new shape, select an empty row from the list and select "Edit" to open the
dialog. Alternatively, double-click on the row to open the dialog. Specify the desired
parameters and select "OK".
To duplicate a shape, select the row from the list and select "Copy". Choose the
target row in the list and select "Paste".
To delete a shape, select the row from the list and select "Delete".
