Perform marking time measurement
This function simulates the marking process with the specified marking settings and displays
the calculated marking time. The measurement is executed without laser emission.
•
If a functional character such as counter is used, the marking time is measured with the
current value.
•
If the actual marking time is shorter than the time set for "One-shot pulse duration [ms]",
the result of the marking time measurement is the same as the time set for "One-shot
pulse duration [ms]".
•
If the marking time is too long to execute on-the-fly marking at regular intervals, an error
message with the measurement result appears.
•
For on-the-fly marking, the following time periods add up to the marking time
measurement result:
‒ Time between the input of the marking start signal (trigger) and the arrival of the
‒ Laser radiation time
