27 Troubleshooting

Cause:
A safety function (e.g. interlock or laser stop) was activated during
marking trigger preparation (data transfer to the laser head).
Remedy:
Reset the alarm if laser radiation was stopped by a laser stop signal,
an interlock signal or the "Stop laser" button in "Laser Marker NAVI
smart".
Check if the signal lines are affected by noise.

27.12 Reset a warning message (E600–799)
A warning is output if settings are wrong or if the operating conditions for laser radiation are
not met.
While a warning for E600–E699 is displayed, the marking process cannot be started.
There are different methods to reset a warning, depending on the type of error.
If the error persists after restarting the laser marking system, contact our sales offices or
representatives.
Remove the cause of the warning or correct the setting.
Close the shutter or input the alarm reset signal by I/O or ARS command.
The following warnings do not require a reset:
‒ E600: This warning occurs if LASER STOP IN and OUT COM. 1 on the TERMINAL
‒ E710–E711: These warnings occur during lasing operation and during guide laser
‒ E715: The warning is automatically cleared when the cause of the error is eliminated.
‒ E750–E782: These warnings are automatically cleared after 3s.
If a counter is used, check the counter value in the marking file before resuming the
marking process.
Before restarting the marking process, make sure the warning output WARNING OUT
(Y14) is ON, and then open the shutter.
