Empty Bucky Failure, Double Exposure Failure

Cause
Brief Solution

The exposure button was pressed but no exposure was
performed. No radiation icon is displayed. The prepara-
tion icon is displayed.
• CR:
Error message 40 is displayed on the Software Con-
sole.
• DR:
No error message is displayed. An empty image is
received in the NX.
Possible causes:
• Functionality to avoid double exposure is activated
and the cassette has not been removed after the last
exposure. This applies to CR only.
• No cassette or detector is inserted in the selected
bucky.
1. Enter an unexposed cassette or a detector in the
bucky.
2. Confirm the error message in the Software Console.
This applies to CR only.
3. On the NX workstation, click Copy Exposure to
create a new thumbnail (DR) or click Add Image to
add a new exposure.
4. Repeat the steps described in the Basic Workflow.
