When an access list with at least one entry is applied to an interface, IP packets received at
the interface are discarded temporarily until the entry is applied to the interface.

Notes
1.
On an Ethernet interface, you can set one Advance access list for Inbound and one
Advance access list for Outbound.
If an Advance access list has already been set, first remove it and then set it again.

If you specify a non-existent Advance filter, this will be ignored. The identifier of the
Advance filter is registered.

You can set an Advance access list if the flow distribution pattern is
