DO NOT ATTEMPT TO OPEN LID UNTIL THE PRESSURE
DROPS TO ZERO. Lid is locked when fryer is under pressure.
Do not attempt to force the lid latch or open the lid while under
pressure. Opening the lid when the cook pot is pressurized will
allow hot shortening and moisture to escape from the cook pot,
resulting in severe burns.
等压力降至零之后，方能打开锅盖，如果当锅仍处于压力状
态下，就试图打开锅盖，将会使热油喷出锅外，引起严重灼
伤。
To open lid: 打开锅盖
1. Gently raise handle until it stops.
慢慢提起把手到底。
2. Push handle back until it stops.
将把手向后推到底。
3. Lower handle.
降低把手。
4. Push handle back.
将把手向后推。
5. Unlatch the front lid latch.
打开锅盖闭锁。
