4.22 PP Troubleshooting
Digital display output
Description
 Water side heat exchanger inlet temperature is higher than outlet temperature in heating mode.
 M‐Thermal Split stops running.
 Error code is displayed on hydronic box main PCB and user interface.
 Hb indicates PP has displayed 3 times.
Possible causes
 Temperature sensor not connected properly or has malfunctioned.
 4‐way valve is blocked or damaged.
 Hydronic box main PCB damaged.
