Remove the oil fill cap.
IMPORTANT: Always use the dipstick to determine exactly how much oil is required.

Add the specified engine oil to bring the level up to the minimum oil fill mark on the dipstick.

With the boat at rest in the water, remove the dipstick and check the oil level. Add the specified engine oil to bring the level
up to, but not over, the maximum oil fill mark on the dipstick.

Start the engine, run the engine for three minutes, and check for leaks. Stop the engine immediately if leaks exist. Check
the installation.
9.
Allow approximately five minutes for the oil to drain into the oil pan.
10. With the boat at rest in the water, remove the dipstick and check the oil level.
11. If needed add additional oil, but not over, the maximum oil mark on the dipstick.
