3. Support the engine with a suitable sling through the lifting eyes on the engine. Using the rear lifting eye and the opposite
side front lifting eye, maintain a minimum 26 inches on each length or use a spreader bar so that no components are
damaged.
4. Remove the two rear engine mount bolts on sterndrive models.
