4-2 Reflected light simple polarization observation

When performing the sensitive color observation, combine the polarizer (GX-POTP).
NOTE
Set the main switch to (ON).
Select the brightfield (BF) observation.
Select the observation light path.
Place a sample on the stage.
Engage the 10X objective in the light path.
Bring the sample into focus.
Set the analyzer and the polarizer.
Engage the objective with the magnification to be used
in the light path and bring the sample into focus.
Adjust the aperture diaphragm and the field diaphragm.
Observation
Adjust the brightness.
Adjust the interpupillary distance.
Adjust the diopter.
Adjust the brightness.
