Fan Behavior
If a power supply unit/power cooling module or controller removed from the
enclosure, the fans will increase speed to provide sufficient cooling.
However, if the enclosure is powered on with only one power supply
unit/power cooling module or controller, it is assumed that a blanking plate is
in place for the missing units, and the fans will run at the normal speed.

Constant green indicates that the fan is working correctly.
Amber indicates that a fan has failed.

The enclosure should never be run for more than a few seconds
with any slot not occupied either by the appropriate component or
a blanking plate. To do so disrupts the airflow and can result in over-
heating.
