Addition of New Position Data (INS)

(1) Function
Adds a new position data.
(2) Procedures
Assume that you are going to add a new position data ("POINT00011") just
after "POINT00005."
(a) Step 1:
Move the main cursor to "POINT00005", and the following display is called.
