Turning On the Servo Power (TSL3100)

•
If the robot performs an abnormal operation when the servo power is turned on,
immediately press the emergency stop pushbutton, to turn off the servo power.
•
Be sure to always turn off the servo power before entering into the hazard area
of the robot.
(1) Function
Turns on the main circuit power of the servo driver. The servo-controlled axes
are locked, and if the system includes a brake, it is released.
(2) Procedures
(a) Procedure 1:
Press the SERVO ON switch while holding the enable switch of the teach
pendant in TEACH mode. In EXT mode, an external signal (SVON) is turned
on.
When the main circuit power of the servo driver is turned on, the "SVON"
LED on the controller front panel turns on. The SERVO ON LED on the teach
pendant also turns on.
