Display has suddenly frozen

The image on the screen has frozen.
Resolution

Projector does not display alternate content

The projector is on, but alternate content does not display
Resolution
• Verify that the lens cover is removed from the lens.
• Verify that the douser is open.
• Verify that the correct channel is selected and the settings are correct by selecting .
• Verify that an active source is connected properly. Check the cable connections and make sure
the alternative source is selected.
• Verify that you can select test patterns. If you can, check your source connections again.

Display is unstable

The display is jittery or unstable.
Resolution
• Verify that the input device is connected properly. If the input device is not connected properly,
the projector repeatedly attempts to display an image.
• The horizontal or vertical scan frequency of the input signal may be out of range for the
projector.
• The sync signal may be inadequate. Correct the source problem.

Portions of the display are cut off

Parts of the image do not appear on the screen.
Resolution
If you have resized the image, adjust the resizing settings until the entire image is visible and
centered.

Inconsistent picture quality

The quality of the projected image keeps changing.
Resolution
Verify the quality of the signal from the input source.
