Beveling the belt ends
Biseautage des extrémités de courroies

Gurtenden in Ausschärfeinrichtung
einlegen
- Antrieb ausschalten und gegen unbe-
absichtiges Wiedereinschalten sichern
(Netzstecker ziehen)
- Schwenktisch (2) durch Ziehen des
Schwenkhebels (3) ganz nach hinten
(/nach oben) schwenken.
- Gurtende aus Richtung Umlenkung
UM mit doppelseitigem Klebeband
mittig auf dem Keilsegment (1) des
Schwenktisches (2) bündig zur Vor-
derkante befestigen und mit Klemm-
vorrichtung (5) festklemmen.
- Exzenterhebel (4) ganz nach hinten
ziehen.

Position the belt ends in beveling tool
- Switch the drive off and take precau-
tions to prevent inadvertent power
restoration (pull out the mains plug).
- Swing the swiveling table (2) all the
way to the back (/all the way up) by
pulling on the swivel lever (3).
- Fasten the belt end coming from the
direction of the UM return unit with
double-sided adhesive tape in the
middle of the wedge segment (1) on
the swiveling table (2) flush with the
front edge and clamp it down using a
clamping device (5).
- Pull the eccentric lever (4) all the way
to the back.

Placer les extrémités de courroies
dans l'outillage de biseautage
- Mettre l'entraînement hors circuit et le
protéger contre une remise en marche
involontaire (retirer la fiche de raccor-
dement).
- Tourner la table tournante (2) en tirant
le levier pivotant (3) entièrement vers
l'arrière (/vers le haut).
- Fixer avec un ruban adhésif à double
face l'extrémité de la courroie de la
direction renvoi UM au centre sur
le segment de calage (1) de la table
tournante (2) à fleur du bord avant et
le fixer avec un dispositif de serrage
(5).
- Tirer le levier à excentrique (4) complè-
tement vers l'arrière.
