Der ausgeschärfte und gespannte Gurt
wird mit der Heizpresse (Fig. 8) zum
Endlosgurt verklebt.
Die Haltbarkeit der Klebestelle kann nur
garantiert werden, wenn
- der unter Tabelle 1 angegebene Gurt
(mit Bosch Rexroth Bestell-Nr.),
- die vorgeschriebenen Klebemateriali-
en verwendet,
- die Klebevorschriften der Kleb-
stoffhersteller eingehalten werden!
- das Verfallsdatum des Klebers nicht
überschritten ist!
1. Klebevorbereitung (Fig. 9)
Ausschärfflächen mit Spiritus reinigen
und entfetten.
Achtung: Gewebereste vollständig
entfernen!
2. Heizpresse vorheizen
Thermometer in entsprechende Bohrung
der Heizpresse stecken. Heizpresse auf
120°C ± 5° vorheizen, ggf. an Einstell-
schraube Temperatur einstellen.

The beveled and tensioned belt is
bonded together with a heat press
(Fig. 8) to form a loop.
The bonded connection can only be
guaranteed to last if
- the belt specified in table 1(with
Bosch Rexroth part no.) and
- the adhesives specified are used,
- the instructions for bonding given by
the adhesive manufacturer are follo-
wed exactly!
- the adhesive is not past its use-by
date!
1. Preparation for bonding (Fig. 9)
Clean the beveled surfaces with alcohol
and degrease.
Caution: Ensure that all fibre remnants
are removed completely!
2. Pre-heating the heat press
Insert the thermometer in the correct
hole in the heat press. Heat the heat
press to 120°C ± 5° and adjust the
temperature with the setting screw if
necessary.

La courroie, une fois biseautée et
tendue, est collée à l'aide de la presse
thermique (Fig. 8) pour obtenir une
courroie sans fin.
La durabilité de la surface de collage est
garantie seulement à condition de
- employer la courroie donnée dans le
tableau 1 (avec n° de réf. de Bosch
Rexroth),
- utiliser les matériaux de collage
prescrits,
- respecter les instructions d'utilisation
données par le fabricant de colle !
- ne pas dépasser la date de conserva-
tion de la colle !
1. Préparations du collage (Fig. 9)
Nettoyer les surfaces à biseauter avec
de l'alcool à brûler et enlever les traces
de graisse.
Attention : Enlever tous les restes
textiles !
2. Préchauffer la presse thermique
Mettre le thermomètre dans l'orifice
correspondant de la presse thermique.
Préchauffer la presse thermique sur
120°C ± 5°, le cas échéant réguler la
température à l'aide de la vis de réglage.
