Preparing the appliance
• Place the bread trough inside the appliance so that it is correctly set.

• Place the blade at the bottom of the trough, on the part provided for
this purpose.
Practical advice: You can fill the hole with margarine before placing the
blade at the bottom of the trough. This will prevent the dough from stic-
king to the blade and thus make it easier to remove the blade at the end
of baking.

Preparing the dish
• Place the ingredients in the trough by following the order below:
- Liquid or humid ingredients (including water, oil or butter, eggs)
- Sugar, salt and flour
- Yeast
