2.4 Password Reset

If user enters a wrong username or password for 6 times, the camera IP will be locked up for 10 minutes,
during which user cannot login to this camera. If user forgets the password, reset the password.
Open IPCSearch and select the device whose password should be reset. Click "Password Reset" and a

window will pop up, as shown below:
2) Click the password reset link or scan the QR code in the above picture with a mobile device and fill in the
Serial Number and Email address in the following picture. Click "Get Security Code";
