Speed Control Linkage Adjustment
(Pistol Grip Hydro)
1. Disengage the PTO and set the parking brake.
2. Stop the engine and remove the key.
3. Move the speed control lever to the full forward
position (Fig. 0763).

4. Check the orientation of the tabs on the ends of the
speed control crank. These tabs should be pointing
straight down, at approximately the 6 o'clock position
(Fig. 0764).

5. If adjustment is needed, loosen the nuts on both
sides of the swivel on the speed control rod (Fig.
0764).
6. Adjust the swivel until the tabs are at the 6 o'clock
position (Fig. 0764).
7. Tighten the nuts on both sides of the swivel (Fig.
0764).
8. Pull the speed control lever back to neutral.
