19. Install a hairpin cotter into the lower end of the brake
rod securing it to the brake arm (Fig. 0393).

20. Insert the control rod trunnion/clevis into the idler

21. Slide a washer onto the control rod trunnion (Fig,
0395).

22. Install a hairpin cotter into the trunnion securing the
