BFloat Switch
To avoid personal injury or death:
A Make sure the bucket is lowered to the ground
before putting the lift arms in the "FLOAT"
position. Putting the lift arms in the "FLOAT"
position while they are off the ground will
cause the bucket and lift arms to fall and is
extremely dangerous.
A Do not drive the machine forward with the lift
arms in the "FLOAT" position.
C Entering the float mode
While moving down the arm (tilting the right control lever
forward), press the float switch on the right control lever
and release it no later than 1 second. The float mode is
then turned on.
While in the float mode, the "
panel stays on.
C Exiting the float mode
While the machine is in the float mode,
(1) Press the float switch on the right control lever.
(2) Or move up the arm (pulling the right control lever
backward).

BStarter Switch
A [STOP]
The key can be inserted at the "STOP" position.
A [RUN]
Turn the key one click from the "STOP" position to the
"RUN" position. All the circuitry gets energized to start
preheating. The glow plug indicator is displayed.
To check for any lamp breakage, however, the lamp
lights up and stays on for about 1 second.

CHECKS BEFORE START
A [START]
Turn the key from the "RUN" position another click to
the "START" position. The starter motor is then
activated to get the engine started.
Release your hand from the key, and the key returns
itself to the "RUN" position. In other words, once the
engine has started, be sure to free the key.

BRide Control (KSR) Switch (Option)
Press the ride control switch with the hydraulic lock
released, and the ride control lamp lights up and stays on.
Now the ride control function is enabled.
Press this switch again, and its lamp goes out and the ride
control function gets disabled.
