8. Remove hex stand-offs (4) and screws (3). See Figure 5-37.
9. Replace Power Supply.
5.2.23Lamp Housing
Replacement Time: 45 minutes

Procedure:

1. Remove Top Cover. See
2. Remove Top Shield. See
3. Remove Lamps. See
4. Remove Lamp Cooling Fan Ducts. See
5. Disconnect harness (Fan 11) from Connector-B Board.
6. Remove Color Wheel Fan Top Shield (2 screws). See Figure 5-27.
7. Remove Color Wheel Fan with base plate screw (1). See Figure 5-28.
8. Remove Prism Fan Assembly. See
9. Remove Lamp Exhaust Fans. See
10. Disconnect all harnesses from Connector-A Board.
11. Remove Power Supply Cover screws (5). See Figure 5-34.
12. Lift Power Supply Shield and disconnect all harnesses attached to components on Power Supply Cover.
13. Disconnect Lamp 1 harness from Lamp 1 Driver Board.
