3. Use the uniformity formula to calculate the average values.
• Uniformity Formula:
ANSI Uniformity = [Max(P1,P2,...,P12,P13)/Avg.(P1,P2,...,P8,P9)-1]×100% or
ANSI Uniformity = [Min(P1,P2,...,P12,P13)/Avg.(P1,P2,...,P8,P9)-1]×100%

Criteria

• Full white ANSI 13-pt all lamp models in all modes of operation:
• Nominal: <+7%, >-14%
• Maximum: <+20%, >-20%
• Full black ANSI 13-pt all lamp models in all modes of operation:
• Maximum: <+65%,>-50%

3.11 PIP Function Test

1. Navigate to: Main Menu > Input Switching & PIP.
2. Set PIP/PBP Enable to On.
3. Check that each item in the Input Switching & PIP menu is
functioning.
