5.2.7 Top Shield

Replacement Time: 15 minutes

Procedure:

1. Remove Top Cover. See
2. Remove screws (16) and lift shield from projector chassis. See Figure 5-7.

5.2.8 Color Wheel

Replacement Time: 5 minutes
Procedure:
1. Loosen captive screws (2) and lift lamp access cover. See center of Figure 5-3.
2. Loosen captive screws (2) and remove Color Wheel. See Figure 5-4.
3. Replace Color Wheel. NOTE: System will detect (via software) type of color wheel when installed.

5.2.9 Cooling Fan - Lamp 1

Replacement Time: 25 minutes
Procedure:
1. Remove Top Cover. See
2. Remove Top Shield. See
3. Disconnect harness (Fan 7) from Connector-B Board.
4. Remove harness cable from retaining clips.
5. Remove screws (2). See Figure 5-8.
